A new entertainment complex has opened in St. Petersburg, on the Moika Embankment right in the city center. Last century this mansion belonged to the family of the well-known Russian merchant Petr Eliseev. The house belonged to the Eliseev family from 1858 onwards and sculptures, it continued to be one of the main musical and historical centers in the city. The mansion was transformed after a major refurbishment in 1902. Furniture and accessories for the halls were probably imported from France. The Music Room designed in the style of Louis XVI, was a genuine work of decorative art. The dining - room on the second floor featured a painting of the famous tournament in 1559, in which King Henry II of France was killed. After the October Revolution in 1917, the mansion was called the House of Arts and attracted all the intelligentsia of Petrograd: as the past, it hosted art exhibitions and musical evenings.

These luxurious early 20th - century interiors are now the home of the "Taleon Club".
